Carolyn possesses decades of experience in Workers’ Compensation case management including vocational assessments, psychosocial assessments, initial needs assessments, risks assessments and supports needs assessment.
As a nationally accredited practitioner, Carolyn also provides Statewide mediation and EAP counselling services specialising in workplace disputes within the private and government sectors. In addition, Carolyn provides coaching to assist workers in developing resilience following workplace conflict.
Carolyn has great ability to develop rapport with all stakeholders to ensure positive return to work outcomes are achieved in a timely, safe and sustainable manner.
