Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant (Launceston)
Servicing the Launceston area, Emma is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and is ESSA accredited. Emma provides a wide range of professional workplace rehabilitation services including; initial assessments, workplace assessments, medical and allied health case conferences, timely stakeholder communication and return to work and injury management planning. Emma has solid working knowledge of the Tasmanian Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and has a goal-focused approach to rehabilitation services.
Emma has a wholistic view of workplace rehabilitation services and has well-developed strategic skills, having had experience as a workplace rehabilitation provider, insurance case manager and as an IMC for the employer.
Emma enjoys problem solving and developing clear and proactive evidence-based rehabilitation goals in order to achieve positive return to work outcomes. Emma communicates with relevant stakeholders in a prompt and concise manner and supports the worker in achieving rehabilitation goals in a timely, safe and sustainable manner.
