Based in Burnie and servicing North West Tasmania, Tracey provides a high level of rehabilitation case management services to workers with physical and psychological injuries.

Tracey has a varied nursing background spanning an impressive 35 years. Prior to workplace rehabilitation, Tracey worked as a Clinical Nurse Consultant providing case management services to breast cancer patients – primarily being the proactive link between patients and health care providers.

Tracey has great rapport with medical practitioners on the North West coast and is very experienced with coordinating care delivery, undertaking assessments, coordinating referrals and promoting independence during recovery/treatment.

Tracey’s relevant qualifications include:

• Master of Clinical Nursing
• Graduate Diploma of Nursing
